What to put in a mini-bio! I'm a network/security engineer by trade, a bridge player by passion. :-) I've been all around the world playing bridge, and although I'm sure I could scrape up a living playing bridge professionally, it's not what I want out of life.
If you must know more about my exploits, I'm sure I can dig up some more bio info. Here's the quick FAQ from a bridge perspective:
Q: When did you start playing bridge?
A: I started playing at age 4, although I didn't play in ACBL land (clubs/tournaments) until 10.
Q: What's your best bridge achievement?
A: Updated I have to say my 2nd place finish in the Spingold, Summer '05. My other good moments were winning an NABC event (IMP Pairs, Summer '97) and taking home the Silver in the world juniors. (7th WJTC, Ft. Lauderdale, Summer '99)
Q: When you say you've played all over, what does that mean?
A: Indonesia was the most exotic. Australia once, Europe half a dozen times, all over the US/Canada.
